Chantel runs a successful boutique team of agents and is in the top 1% of agents on the Toronto Real Estate Board in volume and transactions. Professional, straight-forward, and “all-in” with everything she puts her mind to, Chantel sets a new level of excellence in the real estate industry. A true entrepreneur at heart, her long-term mindset and remarkable business instincts have helped her become a passionate real estate investor and entrepreneur. At the age of 18, Chantel started her first business – a College Pro Painters franchise, while getting her Economics degree at McMaster University. After successfully growing her business to the largest painting franchise in North America, she moved into corporate Canada and excelled in B2B/B2C Sales and Sales Management, winning numerous awards for her exceptional revenue and service. In 2013, Chantel became a licensed Real Estate Broker and was the top Rookie at her brokerage in her first year. Soon after, she partnered up with an online real estate site called Scholarhood.ca, and a year later, they acquired a one of the largest online home search engines, Zoocasa Realty, from Rogers. As an active shareholder at Zoocasa, Chantel has helped bring the company to where it is today through her leadership as Broker of Record and running the largest team at the brokerage. Chantel’s team has recently moved to Royal LePage Signature, the biggest real estate office in Canada, in order to provide more access to new construction and off-market properties for her clients.
